The hotel was lovely, and very well situated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the location of the hotel could not have been better. The evening meal was exceptional, but we did not take the Breakfast option. The hotel has a pool so remember to take your swimwear. If you go by car would advise that you book a parking space which is chargeable but worth it.

The Hôtel Neptune was located in a fantastic area with a view of the small craft harbor. A delicious and hearty buffet style breakfast overlooked the the yacht club. Staff were friendly and professional and returned an accidental overcharge to us the following day at check-out.

The sea and the plage was really nice. The staff was helpful, we got refills of bottled water every day.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and in a nice location. Which had a nice walk to the beach where we passed quite a few different resutrants. We took our Pomeranians on our visit, which was our first time taking her, and was pleased with the ease of her being with us on our stay. Highly recommend this hotel

The staff were welcoming and check in was easy. The room was ok and beds very comfortable but quite tight for 4. The pool was very peaceful with lots of beds available and a lovely view of the port. Breakfast was quite basic but an adequate selection.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were very clean. Hotel location excellent, close to the beach and most of Carnon's restaurants. Excellent pool, which was quite quiet when we were there, mid July maybe too hot for many. Air con excellent in the room too, nice view of the port. Breakfast was good, some cooked options, but also nice breads, meats and cheeses. Also cereals etc.

The staff. Amazing. We needed a tablet for our dog. Our receptionist phoned every vet in the area to get us a suitable appointment. It took her a while but she would not accept any payment. What a lovely girl.
